What is an FAQ section?

An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".

What are operating hours

We are 'on call' all hours of the day. But appointment pictures will only be taken during the hours of 9am-3pm as i do have younger kids that are in school. Appointments made on the weekends can be done between the hours of 9am-7pm

FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.

Getting comfortable

We will write down some of your families interest and that when we take the photos we will know what you are comfortable with. If there is anything kind of special need like no flash, then we will document that and it will stay in your file as long as you are a client.

Build The Scene

We want you to be your silly self's and have fun. If the kids want to do silly faces let them be them self's. The goal is just to be happy and have fun.

Editing

I will take the time to go through the photos and I will edit the photos that were taken. Please expect a 2 week wait for pictures, as depending on how many were taken to edit will depend on how long it takes to edit them all.

Finalizing

I will then take the photos that were edited and you will receive the amount of pictures based on the package that you choose. You will receive the photos either digital or if you choose paper prints we can arrange a pick up or i can mail them to you when they are ready.

This is a list of our individual packages. All edited images will be delivered digitally unless other wise noted. There is no extra fee for digital photos, But there is however a $20.00 fee to be applied to all orders that want physical copies. If only 1 or 2 photos will be digital there will be a $1.00 fee per picture.
